Clare Roberts
CEO, Kids Planet and Kids Allowed
Clare is CEO of Kids Planet and and a founding member of the business. Set up in 2008 Kids plants currently has 52 family owned nurseries across the North West and the Midlands and is responsible for the care and education of over 7,500 children. Over the last 11 years Kids Planet has become the leading early years provider across the UK for quality and is now ranked as 3rd largest nursery group following their acquisition of Kids Allowed in January 2020.
In 2018, the business also launched its own training academy and provides training apprenticeships through to masters qualifications.
Clare has previously won Barclays Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as the business being awarded numerous other awards.
