Chief Financial Officer, Forth Ports Limited
Carole is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Forth Ports Limited, who own and operate eight seaports in the UK, including the largest ports in London (Tilbury) and Scotland (Grangemouth).
Carole is also on the Board of, and chairs, the Audit Committee of Halma plc, a FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies. Carole is also on the Board of Trustees of the Royal Yacht Britannia. She was previously the CFO of Aggreko plc, the world leader in the supply of temporary power.
Carole is a Chartered Accountant and in her early career she worked for KPMG and BAE SYSTEMS in a variety of finance roles. By acting as a regional judge at the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2021 UK Awards, Carole seeks to learn more about how the finalists have navigated the last 12 months and their plans for the future, particularly how they plan to innovate and drive sustainability in their work and their communities.
