Kiril joined EY in November 2015. He has experience in tax and legal advisory services, with a special focus on corporate, employment and commercial law, tax and legal structuring and international taxation. He is also involved in helping Clients with their M&A activities both on the legal and tax side, providing valuable insight on feasibility of transactions and their optimization capacity.
