Domen has joined EY Slovenia as Partner and EY Parthenon CESA Cluster Leader in 2019, and has taken on the role of the Head of Consulting and Head of Strategy and Transactions in 2024.
During his career, Domen has gained significant professional and managerial experience in all key areas of Consulting and Strategy and Transactions, locally and internationally. His focus is on serving private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of transformation and strategy related issues, including corporate/business unit strategy, strategic transformation, operational effectiveness, operations strategy, due-diligence, post-merger integration, carve-out operating model design and top line improvement.
