How does JPK okEY generator work?

Taxpayer Data View

You can enter all necessary details in the Data View panel, including taxpayer name, NIP, REGON and address details. Some of these data can be automatically uploaded from the database of the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS).

JPK_VAT Generator

You can create multiple SAF-T‘s easily and quickly using the JPK_VAT (SAF-T for VAT) Generator module. You can also change the type of the SAF-T from original to correction with a single click.

JPK_VAT Data View

• The uploaded data are readily available to you for viewing. You have access to:
• transaction breakdown by different types of VAT,
• breakdown into sales (output VAT) and purchases (input VAT),
• data visualization for the data included in the SAF-T (to double check the data for correctness before making your JPK submission to tax authorities).

JPK_VAT Testing

You can run an array of tests, from technical verification of completeness to consistency of SAF-T’s. Additionally, the program will analyze SAF-T‘s from the tax law perspective to alert you if any manual corrections to the file are needed. The list of potential issues that must be reviewed or adjusted/modified will be displayed for you in a tabulated form.
