Zuzanna is a Managing Partner of EY Law Poland and a co-Head of the EY Law Corporate and M&A practice. She also supervises legal banking projects. She joined EY team in 2013, after gaining extensive experience in one of the biggest international law firms in Warsaw. She specializes in providing legal assistance related to the corporate law including M&A transactions and restructuring processes.
She has an extensive experience in providing transactional legal support and day to day legal advises to both Polish and foreign companies, particularly from the financial sector.
Zuzanna’s experience covers also the full range of capital transactions, such as acquisitions for sector and financial investors; mergers including cross-border transactions on a regulatory market; reorganization of international capital groups. Her experience in the field of labor law mainly concerns transfers of workplaces (TUPE) and individual employees, structuring employment and employment conditions, as well as the implementation of bonus systems, also for clients from the financial sector. Zuzanna often advises on hiring key managers, primarily board members.
Zuzanna is already individually ranked at Legal500 in 3 categories Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance, as well as Employment. She is perceived as a true leader of her team and a reliable partner to her clients.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 2005, she has been entered on the list of advocates of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
