Petter is the EY Global and EY Americas Private Equity Tax Leader, based in New York City. He focuses on private equity funds, infrastructure funds and leasing companies.
Prior to joining EY, Petter was the CFO of an investment fund that specialized in various types of financial services companies in all phases of development. He also was a founding partner of a structured finance group at another Big Four accounting firm that specialized in domestic and cross-border asset-based financing transactions.
Petter received a BS in Accounting from Boston College, a JD from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a certified public accountant in the state of New York and a member of the bar in the state of Massachusetts.
