Michał Włodarczyk

Michał is a manager in employment law team, an expert with over 10 years of experience in employment law. He provides legal advice to foreign and domestic entities on all aspects of employment matters, in particular on hiring employees, employment policies (work regulations, remuneration regulations), mobbing, discrimination, termination of employment contracts.

Michał participates in due diligence processes and M&A transactions from the employment angle, provides support in employment related matters within restructuring projects, including transfers of employees and collective redundancies. Michał also has an extensive experience in providing legal advice and drafting documents in the field of employment law, i.e. employment contracts, managerial contracts, non-competition agreements, termination notices and agreements. He assists in the employment of foreigners, the posting of workers, and employment litigation.

He supports HR departments on a day-to-day basis.

Michał is a member of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.  He is also a member of the Labor Law and Social Insurance Section of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
