Maciej specializes in the protection of intellectual property rights, regulatory compliance in connection with new technologies (e.g. cloud computing, IoT, artificial intelligence) and cybersecurity.
He gained experience providing legal services to, among others, one of the leading manufacturers of telecommunications equipment, one of the world's largest manufacturers of payment terminals, one of the world's leading providers of technology and market research methodologies, technology companies and start-ups. Maciej also has experience in preparing and negotiating IT contracts and disputes resolution (including litigation) in matters related to IP rights, IT contracts and unfair competition with particular focus on IT sector.
Maciej holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw. He is an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. He completed postgraduate studies "Law of new technologies" at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is also a lecturer in postgraduate studies: "Law in Business of New Technologies" at the Lazarski University.
