Alicja Guzy
Alicja specializes in personal data protection and intellectual property law.
Alicja advises clients on all matters related to the protection of personal data, with particular emphasis on privacy as part of marketing activities.
She has extensive experience in legal advice and close cooperation with business stakeholders. Providing services for international enterprises, among others, one of the largest entities in the commercial real estate industry, she was the data protection referent for the region. Alicja has experience in creating comprehensive documentation in data protection field, analyzing, and giving opinions on new projects, taking into account the principle of privacy by design. In her work, she used technological solutions dedicated to managing aspects relating to data protection.
She participated in works on the code of conduct for the retail industry conducted by the Polish Council of Shopping Centers. She completed postgraduate studies in Law in New Technologies at the Lazarski University. In 2019, she obtained the title of attorney-at-law.
