A vastly experienced finance professional, Alain has helped numerous public and private clients with investments, primarily in sub-Saharan Africa. His work covers cross-border transactions across many sectors, including infrastructure projects, public-private collaborations and technical assistance to development collaborators.
Alain is currently head of the Strategy and Transactions services for Côte d’Ivoire and other French-speaking countries in West Africa. Prior to joining EY in 2009, he was the Financial Director for several major banks, helping them expand through mergers and acquisitions.
Alain holds a master’s degree in Management from Paris’s prestigious ESSEC Business School, as well as a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
