Are you prepared for Future of Work?
Organizations are transitioning back and forth between remote and hybrid work. This demands new technology, effective office space, collaboration and remote work policies.
Our approach on Future of Work
To create sustainable workplaces of the future, organizations should work across functional areas such as real estate, human resources (HR) and information technology (IT). We call it Bricks, Bytes and Behaviours. Furthermore, organizations should turn Future of Work into a competitive advantage and implement remote work policies to meet the rising demands for flexibility and be aware of the compliance obligations such as tax, legal and social security which follows with it.

How EY can help you navigate tax obligations related to remote work
As the world becomes more global and connected, the demand for flexibility and remote work increases. We believe that remote work is an efficient tool to ensure flexibility and strengthen the need for attracting and retaining talent globally. When implementing a remote work policy, organizations need to ensure compliance and follow the corporate tax obligations correctly. At EY we want to prepare people for the complex tax related obligations that may follow.
How we built the hybrid work rhythm at EY
We created a hackathon exercise to engage our people, teams and leaders in building a successful hybrid workplace experience. The hackathon built upon a design thinking approach where EY people from across Service Lines and support functions together explored challenges related to hybrid working and developed solution prototypes for some of these challenges.
