Ole Conrad Siem is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions and started his EY career in 2013 to build up the Corporate Finance (Lead Advisory) sub service line in the organization. He is currently Head of the Corporate Finance department in our Oslo office. Ole Conrad specializes in M&A and has extensive experience within the field from various sell-side and buy-side assignments, private placements and IPO’s. He also has broad sector experience within most industries.
Previous experience includes roles in corporate finance from various Nordic investment banks focusing on acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and capital raising.
Ole Conrad has a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Kent, Canterbury.
