Helge is the Norwegian head of the EY-Parthenon team within EY's Strategy and Transaction business in Norway. He has extensive experience in strategy development and transactions advice for private equity funds and public and private companies both in Norway and internationally. His main focus is to help clients in solving strategic-, commercial-, and operational issues and create efficient value realization through mergers and acquisitions.
He has a Masters degree in economics from BI Norwegian Business School and previous work experience including retail line management and management consulting.
