Naomi Simson

Considered one of Australia’s tech success stories, Naomi Simson founded RedBalloon in 2001. From just an idea and persistence RedBalloon has now served more than 2.5 million customers and been featured on the BRW Best Places to Work list five years in a row. Naomi has many labels: entrepreneur, speaker, director, chair, mother, author, blogger, innovator and now TV personality with her upcoming appearance on Channel 10’s Shark Tank. Before founding RedBalloon with business partner Pete, Naomi worked with big brands including IBM, Apple and KPMG, all of which influenced her views on workplaces.
