Dang Tai Luk started off his business 23 years ago. Driven by a determination to build a business of his own, he began by starting small and ensuring that he operated and controlled the business well.
He opened his first traditional newsstand called MAGBIT, in December 1996, which still operates in 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Through hard work and a positive attitude and mindset, he has successfully transformed and built it into the largest homegrown convenience chain-store known as myNEWS. With more than 500 stores to date, the myNEWS chain is unstoppable and continues to grow
