Chu Jenn Weng, President and CEO of ViTrox Corporation Berhad, envisioned creating a purpose-driven technology company that offers high value-added jobs in Malaysia. Founded in 2000, ViTrox designs and manufactures innovative, automated equipment that perform visual quality inspections on system-on-chip embedded electronics devices for the semiconductor and electronics packaging industries.
ViTrox has grown from three to over 900 employees. Over the past 22 years, its products have been installed in more than 46 countries, making it one of the world’s leading vision inspection solutions providers. ViTrox’s Advanced X-rat and Advanced Optical Inspection equipment has earned the company prestigious Global Technology Awards for the last ten years.
