Vinesh Sinha, Managing Director of FatHopes Energy Sdn Bhd, founded the business in 2010 to address an escalating global race to reduce carbon emissions through the use of biofuels.
Initially, FatHopes Energy envisioned a modular biofuel production solution for the farm hyper-local disposal of used cooking oil (UCO). Its business strategy was altered, and until today, FatHopes Energy aggregates UCO volumes in a logistically economical way for biofuel producers.
Vinesh is building a better working world by aggregating UCO through the use of technology, which promotes transparency and sustainability. By digitizing the supply chain on a platform, FatHopes Energy offers easy, inclusive and scalable access for UCO contributors. Vinesh is creating impact and value in the long term for communities to benefit from economic gains from an industry that was historically accessible to only a few.
