After two decades of experience in the finance industry, Yutaka Kumai joined EY Japan’s Strategy and Transactions in 2014. Since then, as an Infrastructure Advisory Leader, he has advised on infrastructure assets and business investments both in Japan and abroad. He is particularly focused on advising private investors in the renewable energy generation business and the domestic concession business.
Building a better working world
I believe that a better working world needs a better team. After proactively engaging in this very task, my IA team was selected as the regional finalist at the EY 2017 Better Begins with You Award in the “Creating Excellent EY Experience” category.
I also serve on the WindS Steering Committee, and as one of its few male members, I remain an avid supporter of the advancement of women at EY Japan and in the wider business community.
