With 20 years’ experience in people and workforce consulting, he has worked throughout his career across executive rewards and HR transactions that include M&A and organizational restructuring. His role is to provide solutions to a wide array of challenges in the people and workforce arena, such as human capital management, information disclosure, HR system design with job-based and skill-based approaches, and analytics -enabled work style reform.
