Yuji Nomura steers the Reward & Transactions practice in People Consulting at EY Japan. With 20 years’ experience in people and workforce consulting, he has worked throughout his career across executive rewards and HR transactions that include M&A and organizational restructuring. His role is to provide solutions to a wide array of challenges in the people and workforce arena, such as human capital management, information disclosure, HR system design with job-based and skill-based approaches, and analytics -enabled work style reform.
