With a career spanning more than 26 years, Toshio Yabe joined EY in 2017 where he focuses on providing support in the technology and general manufacturing sectors.
His projects have included establishing a joint business venture between two large utility companies, assisting a financial services company to convert a subsidiary to a joint venture, acquisition of a business by a multinational company in the USA, as well as a divestiture by a major steel manufacturer.
His previous roles include M&A advisory work at securities companies and international financial groups. In addition, his career encompasses a wide range of advisory work including establishing a global joint venture, business integration, acquisition of overseas companies, and strategic organizational restructuring.
He is a graduate of Tokyo University’s School of Engineering.
