Building a better working world
"To build a better working world, we support everyone at EY to have the opportunity to develop and contribute to our shared goals.
As career development for young professionals is one of EY Japan Advisory’s top priorities, we launched an organization for young professionals, the Advisory Consultant Group (ACG). It’s positioned as a training venue that helps young consultants become true professionals: it promotes the acquisition of core consulting skills and provides support for career development.
As ACG Leader, I’m involved daily in training and assisting the group’s members. To build a better working world, I want these professionals to excel in their chosen field, perhaps at EY or with other companies, so they can take advantage of career opportunities in Japan or globally. "
