Takeshi Yatsu has been engaged in transfer pricing consulting since 2000. He has insights in wide-ranging industries in Japan and abroad, including trading, logistics, industrial machinery, technology, maritime, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil/gas, construction and real estate.. He in transfer pricing (TP), covering TP associated with post-merger integration (PMI), TP policy formulation, TP risk analysis, global documentation, advance pricing arrangement, support for TP tax inspection, and TP planning, along with participation in many legal/functional organizational restructuring projects in Europe. He wrote TP-related articles and served as a seminar instructor. From 2010 to the end of 2013, he worked at Ernst & Young Belastingadviseurs LLP in the Amsterdam office of Ernst & Young Belastingadviseurs LLP. He was named one of the world’s leading transfer pricing advisers by Legal Media Group.
In addition to playing the role of Transfer Pricing team leader and providing client services, he is also committed to the firm’s recruiting activities as sponsoring partner.
He obtained B.S. in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
