How Norikazu is building a better working world

I think that at the heart of the Japanese spirit are teachings from Tiantai Buddhism. One of the teachings says that the true riches of a nation are people who do their utmost to shine in their corner of the world.

This does not mean that one should try to do something extravagant to build a better working world. Rather, it means that we should be grateful for our current situation and for those around us. If we do everything we can with the abilities we have, we will shine. It will organically influence others to join us in building a peaceful and positive society. This is the belief I bring to my work and my personal life every day.
