Nitin is the EY Global Advisory Risk Transformation Leader and serves on the organization’s Global Risk Executive Committee. He also leads the EY Technology Sector in India and has more than two decades of global consulting experience in the areas of corporate governance, risk management and business performance improvement.
Nitin helps executives think through risk innovations and their impact on organizational performance and culture. He is an advocate of enhancing risk awareness and agility during digital transformation journeys and is currently helping several clients in their robotic process automation and artificial intelligence programs.
An engineer from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Nitin earned his MBA in Finance and doctorate (with honors) in Microfinance from the University of Southern California. He is a Rotary International Scholar, a Kauffman Foundation Fellow, and a Fellow of the Warren Bennis Leadership Institute.
