Building a better working world
“In collaboration with my colleagues, my mission is to support a client’s business strategies by utilizing EY Forensics' global network.
For M&A, equity participation or partnership with other companies, it has become increasingly important for companies to uncover negative information (such as the risk of bribery or other misconduct) about target companies, and then anticipate and implement compliance measures.
International projects carry particular risks: it is important to collect and analyze this information, which sometimes can be obtained only by those who are familiar with the local culture and language.”
