Building a better working world
"Rather than just a tax accountant, I want to be the best business advisor who can win a client's trust. I take a sincere approach with clients so that I will be the first to be called when the need arises. I believe in the value of teams and collaboration: businesses are becoming ever more complex, and there's a limit to what you can achieve alone. We place skilled staff in the right place so that we gather global knowledge and experience to provide the most effective advice possible. This is one of the key strengths of EY with our 270,000 global staff, 8,000 of whom are based in Japan, and who work within our flexible and open corporate culture.
Today's dynamic changes in tax leads to ever diversifying needs. My mission is to create entirely new tax services that serve our clients and the wider business community, and that will benefit society."
