Building a better working world
Transfer pricing is a complex field that involves much more than just documentation and compliance. In addition to supporting my clients with their compliance, I help them to navigate complex disputes between two (or more) tax authorities competing to tax the same income. I also help clients understand the Japanese tax authority’s mindset and approach as I support them in formulating positions that will prevent lengthy disputes or break deadlocks in negotiations between Japan and other countries. This is how I help resolve significant issues for my clients and prevent further transfer pricing disputes in the future.
