Focusing on digital go-to-market strategy and the impact of disruptive trends, Gil is EY Global Markets Digital and Business Disruption Leader.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior and a BSc in Hospitality Management from Boston University and completed the executive program at Singularity University.
How Gil is building a better working world
EY is centered on the question, “What is your business strategy in a digital world?” Gil’s work objective is to anticipate and shape the future of thinking in the market and with clients on the transformation to a digital world.
He leads various market-facing programs focused on the impact of disruptive trends and how corporations should bring the outside in (e.g. working with startups and building ecosystems).
These programs and initiatives include Innovation Realized, an exclusive, immersive and experience-based retreat, and EYQ, EY’s global think-tank of the future. EYQ encourages leaders to change their thinking by asking, “what’s after what’s next.”
