Fabian Hoshino works in the team providing outsourcing and managed services, collaborating closely with our clients and devising innovative solutions to enhancing their return on management through innovative resource solutions. Prior to joining EY, he worked in HR consulting, where he served a diverse client base of Japanese and foreign companies of all sizes and from various industries.
He graduated from the University of Duisburg-Essen with a degree in East Asian Studies, specializing in the Japanese economy.
Fabian is also an ICF certified coach and certified Scrum Master.
