Building a better working world

Japan’s economic security is at risk as it contends with a shrinking workforce, diminished by an aging population and declining birthrate. Companies already have difficulty sourcing the in-demand skills to compete in a global economy, while employee engagement is at a record low.

I lead the Interim Professionals practice which uses a skills-based approach, powered by in-house technology, to solve these professional resourcing challenges.

I believe that everyone can create value through their unique perspective and, with support, reach their full potential. I want to offer the freelancer community the training and coaching to outperform in their role.

EY clients also need and expect talent solutions to support their strategic agenda. My team matches our community of skilled freelancers with our clients’ projects, and our engagement process is purpose-built to ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

I aim to popularize my values of lifelong learning with Japan’s 11 million professionals who will sustain the country’s heritage and culture for future generations.
