Christopher (Chris) Kobayashi of the Interim Professionals team is an Associate Partner of EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. He collaborates with his clients to deliver subject matter expertise in the areas of Tax, Accounting, Finance, BPO and Project Management.
He has 20 years of experience in consulting for Japanese and foreign capital companies to successfully hire and retain leading finance talent in Tokyo.
Prior to joining EY, Chris held roles at a major staffing and recruitment agency based in Tokyo, and at one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies specializing in accounting and finance, headquartered in California.
Chris graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Spanish and Japanese and a minor in Economics.
