Tom has led large transformation programmes across Energy, Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector and Aircraft Leasing. Tom specialises in programme delivery management, solution architecture, cyber security, data architecture / data protection-by-design and emerging technologies. Tom has recently provided client-side support to one of Ireland’s largest infrastructure procurements.
Tom has provided seconded support for large organisations during transition phases; CIO of a premier retail organisation, CDO of a US financial organisation. Tom has frequently been requested by clients to deliver time-sensitive change to achieve regulatory compliance.
Tom holds an M.A. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and through his career, has become certified in TOGAF architecture, JAVA programming, Oracle DBA, Message Brokering, and PMI Project Management.
