As EY Ireland Business Tax Advisory Partner, Robert specialises in advising clients in the funds, energy, manufacturing pharmaceuticals and technology sectors.
Seasoned in cross-border financings and structuring, inbound investment into Ireland, international corporate restructurings, M&As, as well as IP and corporate migrations, Robert has over 15 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to joining EY, Robert served as Tax Partner at a leading full-service corporate law firm in Ireland where he advised both domestic and international clients on a wide variety of transactions across multiple sectors. He also earned deep knowledge in the fields of corporate tax, international tax structuring and Irish stamp duty.
A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Institute of Tax Ireland. Robert holds a master’s degree in accountancy from Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a BComm degree from University College Dublin.
