Neal has held MD, CTO and SVP SC roles in Industry and specialises in Business Transformations that are Supply Chain led.
Neal has spent his career working and living internationally in the USA, Central Europe & Asia. His experience has been gained across multiple industry sectors including Consumer Goods, Industrial & Technology.
Neal holds a BSc in Engineering & IT from Birmingham City University and holds a Diploma in Leadership & Management from Harvard University, USA.
