Marcus is a Partner in the Consulting practice of EY Ireland. He helps shape and lead major business transformation programmes.
With an experience spanning several sectors, especially in utilities and banking, Marcus gathered substantial experience in programme and project management, outsourcing, customer operations, vendor management and IT management as well as transformation.
A practitioner of PRINCE2 — a structured project management method and practitioner certification programme — over the course of his career, he managed successful programmes in various sectors.
Prior to joining EY, he served one of the big four commercial banks in Ireland as an independent consultant and as Manager at a major British multinational bank.
Marcus holds an MSc in Management and Strategic Information Systems from the University of Bath and a BESS in Business Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
