  • South of Ireland Tennis Tournament, 2024

    An official tour event of Tennis Ireland, the South of Ireland Tennis Tournament is the world’s second oldest surviving tournament after Wimbledon. Sponsored by EY in 2023, EY is also the official sponsor for 2024. 

  • Galway AC 5km series, 2024

    Taking place across 6 weeks from April to June, the Galway AC 5km series is one of the major events in the athletics calendar in the West. Hosted by 6 different clubs, with over 1,200 participants, EY has been supporting the event for 3 years. Proceeds from the event go to Galway AC operating and development costs. 

  • Waterford AC half marathon, 2023

    EY Waterford AC sponsorship

    Taking place during the first weekend of December, the Waterford AC Half Marathon is one of the major events in the athletics calendar in the South-East. With over 2,500 participants annually, EY has been supporting the event for 4 years. This year is particularly notable as Waterford AC celebrate their 100th year as a club. Funds raised from the event go to Waterford AC operating and development costs as well as a chosen charity annually.

  • Cork Chamber Dublin Dinner, 2023

    The annual Cork Chamber Dublin Dinner is now in its 10th year of association with EY. The evening is an opportunity for Cork diaspora living and working in the capital to network with peers working and living in Cork. EY Partner, Ronan Murray will deliver the President’s address while EY Managing Partner, Frank O’Keeffe, will deliver the sponsors address. On the evening, the Outstanding Contribution to Business Award will also be presented to a Cork person who has made a significant impact on business in Ireland. 

  • Tech Industry Alliance, 2023

    Connecting Tech, Business and Innovation in the South-West, Tech Industry Alliance is a network of members and stakeholders from over 250 ambitious tech-producing and tech-enabled organisations across the South-West. Their community includes start-ups, scale-ups, multinational companies, academia and public sector organisations. Through their connected ecosystem, they support and create a vibrant region where people, ideas and enterprises can thrive. EY sponsors Tech Industry Alliances Tech Fest, which takes place in May annually, and hosts events on behalf of Tech Industry Alliance in our Cork office.  

  • Waterford diaspora dinner in Dublin, 2023

    The first official Waterford diaspora dinner in Dublin co-ordinated by Wateford Chamber in association with EY is an opportunity for Waterford diaspora living and working in the capital to learn about investment opportunities in the South-East and network with peers. 

  • Waterford Chamber Annual Golf Classic 2023

    Attracting over 30 teams, the Waterford Chamber Annual Golf Classic is a key date in the business networking calendar for the South-East. EY is delighted to be sponsoring this event for the 4th year.

    Taking place in early August, Cork LGBT+ Pride Festival’s vision is to continue growing visibility, success, representation and diversity in order to support and encourage the best, social, cultural and economic landscape for the Cork LGBT+ community. EYs support enables the Board of Directors, Committee and volunteers to advocate for, and create an inclusive offering for the LGBT+ community in all its diversity that increases the visibility of the LGBT+ community of Cork city and county as well as Ireland as a whole.

    Women in Tax in Ireland (WiTii) is a network for women working in tax. EY sponsors an annual event in Cork in March, providing members of the network an opportunity to network with their peers.
