Professional Qualifications Consulting
Pursue your professional qualifications with our Consulting Graduate Programme.
What will my professional development look like?
Whilst Graduates on the Consulting Graduate Programme are not obliged to pursue professional qualifications, if you wish you may pursue the CIMA management accounting qualification. While you will direct your own learning, we also offer an internal exam support curriculum to assist you in preparing for and passing your exams the first time - we call it FacultEY.
This support is offered as an additional resource, on top of that already offered by the education provider, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). It will help you to recognise the links between exam and workplace learning and advise you on when and how you should focus your study time coming up to exams. You will have internal and external lecturers on hand to offer advice as we deliver a ‘best in class’ professional education experience.
Graduates also may choose to complete the ACCA Professional Accounting Qualification. ACCA is the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is the global body for professional accountants. ACCA has a thriving global community of 233,000 members and 536,000 future members based in 178 countries. The ACCA qualification is recognised all around the world for its high standards of expertise, professionalism, and ethics. ACCA members are trained to think critically and strategically. They are leaders in the organisations they work in all over the world, helping them to grow and prosper in an ethical, responsible way. ACCA has awarded EY with the highest approval for the quality of its training - Platinum Approved Trainee Development.
