How Seema is building a better working world
“My role is to protect and enable EY’s global clients and their people as they navigate complex regulatory frameworks at a time of continued disruption, reframing collective futures, and doing better around unseen individual challenges, unconscious bias, DEI and sustainability. I am proud to co-lead EY’s initiatives around refugee employment integration and have throughout my career acted pro bono extensively in cases supporting refugees, families in difficult cross-border circumstances, internally displaced persons and those at risk of destitution.”
