Matyas has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, mainly in performance enhancement, customer relationship management, and IT system implementation management.
Mátyás joined EY in 2017, having previously worked for 16 years as a management consultant at various consulting firms. His main professional areas include business modeling, process development, business intelligence solutions, and planning and implementation of their construction, as well as leading IT system implementation projects.
His industry experience extends to the banking, government, and telecommunications sectors.
He has extensive expertise in IT project management, data migration, testing and system integration management. Throughout his career, he has gained comprehensive experience in process modeling and performance enhancement, planning of business intelligence solutions, and planning and implementation of CRM operation.
