Soumee is a Partner at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd in the People Consulting and is based in Singapore.
She works with clients across the financial services sector and leads initiatives in multiple areas such as workforce transformation, leadership, culture and change management, human resources (HR) advisory for mergers and acquisitions as well as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Prior to EY, she has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in Asia-Pacific region, working in HR in multiple roles such as business partner, recruitment, talent and learning.
She is an accredited leadership coach, a certified senior professional by Institute of Human Resource Professional (IHRP), an Economics Hons graduate, and has masters (MBA) in human resources management from Xavier’s Labor Relations Institute (XLRI).
