Dawn Nash is a Managing Director at Ernst & Young LLP and one of the leaders of the Digital Insurance Practice. She brings over 20 years of experience helping clients translate leading digital capabilities into engaging user experiences that deliver operational efficiency and business growth.

Dawn is driving EY's point of view in applying AI/ML to re-define user experiences, operations and create disruptive value propositions across the insurance value chain.  

Her background spans experience-led strategy, design and implementation with a focus on creating and leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. She is currently intrigued by how to accelerate the integration of AI-managed processes into core operations, and the implications of a blended human + AI workforce.
