Thomas is working as a Partner in Corporate Finance and has 8 years of experience as a M&A lawyer primarily working with technology companies assisting them in both M&A and capital raisings.
Subsequently Thomas spends 10 years as a general partner in a technology focused private equity fund in a role as deal maker handling all negotiations, valuation as well as legal and financial aspects of the transactions. Before joining EY Thomas during a 9-year period build a leading technology focused M&A boutique.
