Susanne is Partner and Head of EY Law Denmark. Prior to coming on-board EY, Susanne worked for 13 years as an attorney with one of Denmark’s largest law firms.
She assists EY’s clients with all aspects of M&A transactions, including restructuring plans, legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Susanne also advises a number of Danish foundations and family offices, often with focus on corporate social responsibility and philanthropy.
Susanne holds an LLM from Aarhus University from 2003, and also holds a Master of Laws from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago from 2007, specializing in M&A and Corporate Finance.
She has lived and worked in London where she worked for a UK law firm specializing in transactions on the Nordic market. Susanne has also been seconded for a long period as External Corporate Counsel with one of the world’s largest toy manufacturers.
