Søren is an International Tax Advisory Partner. He manages tax services for some of the largest companies in the Aarhus area and furthermore Søren is advisor for a number of high net worth individuals.
With a Ph.D. in EU corporate tax law obtained in 1996, Søren's career includes roles at Aarhus University and the Danish Ministry of Taxation, followed by a position at KPMG. He continued at KPMG until the 2014 merger with EY in Denmark.
Søren's extensive experience allows him to advise Danish and international clients on mergers, restructurings, investment structures, interest limitation rules, withholding taxes, BEPS, EU tax law, and incentive programs.
Søren currently holds a position as vice-chair on the Tax Committee of the Danish Auditors Association.
