Peter is co-Head of the M&A and Corporate Finance activity in Denmark which is part of the global Corporate Finance team with +2500 employees.
He has 20 years of M&A experience. Prior to joining EY in 2017, Peter had similar positions at leading Investment Banks in the Nordics.
Peter has a Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from CBS.
