Mikkel Sthyr is a Partner and Market Leader of Assurance of EY Denmark. He focuses on top and middle market and has in-depth experience in auditing and advice to listed companies, including C25. He has, amongst other things, provided advice on IFRS, income recognition of complex agreements, share-based compensation, financial instruments, shared service centre, acquisitions and divestments, RICC and ESG.
Mikkel has thorough experience as a leading partner from auditing global Danish and foreign groups.
He is a former member of FRS Danske Revisorer’s Accounting Technical Committee, and teaches financial instruments. He has also worked with stock exchange listing and issuing of bonds.
Mikkel is a state-authorised public accountant and holds an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
