Finn is a partner at EY Norway and heads the company’s industry group for the Norwegian health sector. He is also part of the EY Nordic public sector management team. Finn has over 18 years’ experience from the health sector and other types of public sector organizations. He joined EY in 2007. He is also a seasoned special advisor and oversaw the research and development department at a Norwegian hospital. Finn holds a master’s degree in strategy and knowledge management.

"To me, Building a better working world is primarily about helping the health sector to provide safer and better services to citizens. I am fortunate to be able to do this every day. I believe that in doing this, we also attract consultants who want to be part of safeguarding this important social mission. I do volunteer work for sports organizations within my local community."
