Wilson is a Partner and the Tax Leader in Hong Kong and Macau, Ernst & Young Tax Services Limited.
Wilson joined EY in 2003. Together with his previous working experience, he has been providing corporate tax and transaction tax services in Hong Kong for more than 23 years. Currently, he is also the Tax Controversy Leader in Greater China and Hong Kong.
He has extensive experience in resolving tax disputes on contentious tax issues in Hong Kong. He also provides tax compliance services and tax planning services including group structure rationalization, cross-border transaction planning and pre-IPO restructuring. Wilson also specializes in advising clients from retail consumer products, real estate and life science sectors.
Wilson is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is also an accredited mediator in Hong Kong. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Wilson is passionate about sharing tax knowledge with professionals and business community in Hong Kong. He is a frequent speaker in various events organized by professional bodies and business chambers on hot tax topics. He is also active in serving accounting and tax professionals as the council member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (2012-2016) and the committee member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (2018-2022).
Wilson believes coaching young professionals is important for the overall development of Hong Kong tax and accounting profession. He has been a mentor of students from various universities such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong since 2011. In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Committee on Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and School Advisory Committee of School of Business of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
