Internship Program
You’ll get real work, real clients and real experiences. You’ll explore your interests, learn business skills and receive leading class training. You’ll be able to get a sense of EY culture and values, and figure out the type of career you’d like to shape.
Show us what you’re capable of and there’s a good chance you’ll be offered a graduate position. It’s possible that you can secure an offer before your kick start your last year of study.

EYAcademy
EYAcademy – Future Leaders is a three-year structured program designed to provide its members (the “Cadets”) with the right mix of learning, experience and coaching to accelerate their professional development. This award-winning program helps nurture future leaders who are competitive, entrepreneurial, socially responsible and possess a global perspective.
EYAcademy provides great opportunities to help you develop, plan your career and get involved and make a difference in the community. EY teams are passionate about helping you reach your goals and realize your potential.
We have prepared a series of activities for you to participate starting from the first year of joining. Every year, we have signature events organized for our Cadets, e.g., "It’s yours to build competition" and "Sustainability Challenge". By working on real-life business cases or leveraging real-life experiences, we aim to inspire their creativity and provide a platform for them to showcase their potential.

Leadership experience program
EY Young Tax Professional of the Year
EY Young Tax Professional of the Year is an international competition designed to identify young talent with an interest in tax, help them enhance their professional skills and develop their careers. The competition gives participants the opportunity to share experiences with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
By bringing together students from all over the world, the event aims to demonstrate how much the tax profession has changed today and how business is managed in different cultures. The competition will also expose participants to the skills required to be tomorrow’s leaders.
There will be two phases for the competition which take place in Hong Kong and Greater China. We will shortlist candidates to participate in our local competition by completing online assessments, multiple-choice questions, business cases and presentations. The two finalists in the local competition will represent Hong Kong to participate in our Greater China finals. The winner of the Greater China finals will participate in the global finals and will be able to compete with elites from around the world.

Office visits
To let our future builders of a better working world have a glimpse over our working environment and to network with our professionals, we collaborate with local education institutions and organize office visits to our CITIC Tower or One Taikoo Place offices.
During the visit, participants will have the chance to get to know more about EY and gain insights on career planning via networking with our service lines professionals and human resource representatives.
